This company is currently looking to recruit an Application Support Analyst who will be responsible for providing technical support and technical solutions across all production Payment Processing Applications. This is a great opportunity for somebody with 2nd and 3rd line Application host support experience to become involved in their expanding Payments Processing business.

Role Summary;
- Manage and resolve incident tickets assigned to the 2nd line support team
- Support Major Incident Management
- Plan and support of Release and Change Management activities in to production environments
- Support Problem Management and root cause analysis
- Responsible for application housekeeping and maintenance tasks
- Become a SME on supported systems, applications and services
- Production and update of service documentation
- Support PCI compliance
- Support Disaster Recovery activities
- Partake in 24/7 on-call rota
- Provide training, knowledge transfer and ongoing support for 1st line support staff

Qualifications

Experience, Skill and Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Payments industry and associated systems
- Previous experience within a Payments testing and / or application support environment
- Previous experience supporting or administering any of the following applications:
o ACI Postilion
o Lusis Tango
o NCR Authentic
- Experiencing working in Windows and / or Linux OS environments
- Experience with MSSQL (writing queries, setup and management of maintenance task, administering of database etc)

Candidate Requirements:

- Good attention to detail
- A desire to learn and progress in a demanding environment
- Knowledge of ITIL framework desired but not essential
