About The Company
They are an established company, based in Watford Herts, which has operated in the Automotive Industry for over 14 years. They specialise in providing software solutions and digital marketing to their clients, delivering Dealer Management Systems, Websites and Marketing Design services.

The Job Role
Your role will be to support several key software products offered by this company, covering CRM (Customer Relationship Management), CMS (Content Management System) and DMS (Dealer Management System).

The job will involve answering the phone, logging and updating call details, evaluating issues, providing support advice, providing phone training, writing client communication bulletins, producing reports and documentation, posting social media and being involved in general client liaison.

Key Responsibilities
- Taking client calls and emails and providing assistance.
- Logging call details to the ticket system.
- Providing advice and solutions in a timely manner to the client.
- Producing training documentation and software update bulletins.
- Compiling monthly billing information from the ticketing system.
- Keeping in regular contact with clients and maintaining a good rapport.

Essential Skills
- Excellent client communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Polite and friendly manner and able to communicate professionally.
- Good IT skills; Microsoft Word, Excel and a willingness to find your way around unfamiliar applications.
- Good problem solving skills; accepting problems and working through them logically.
- Be a team player, being able to work within an office environment with a close knit team of software developers and graphic designers.
- Able to manage a varied workload and adhere to deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have worked in, or have some knowledge of the Automotive or Software Industry.

Monday to Friday (Office Hours).
