This company is a leading digital healthcare agency in the UK, developing innovative apps and websites for the healthcare industry.

They are looking for an organised and technically minded individual to be based in Twyford, Reading that carries all the people skills necessary to work in a fast pace and high standard environment.

The successful applicant will be the lead support agent for their innovative pharmaceutical App Congrego. Congrego is an IOS App designed to host and distribute multi-media content in a fully compliant and monitored way. The App is currently being used across the UK by leading pharmaceutical companies and their client base is projected to grow across Europe in the next 2 years.

This role will include a mix of first line email and phone support for users and clients providing product specific guidance, investigating and resolving bugs and technical issues, as well as using their recently re-designed bespoke content management system to manage and maintain all content and users for their clients and liaising with new users on software installation.

The candidate will be working in a small team of young, talented individuals with a great reputation. This role offers a huge opportunity for growth and learning.

The right candidate will be articulate, ambitious and focused on delivering consistency in performance. They should be willing to take on responsibility whilst learning fast and growing within a flexible role.

Skills required:

- Organisation & time management
- Strong writing and documentation
- Microsoft office (Excel)
- Ability to have phone and email conversations with people of different skills, experience and seniority
- Knowledge and experience using Content Management Systems (CMS) as well as iPads and IOS devices
- Knowledge and experience using Zendesk Support or a helpline ticketing system
- Analytical thinking
- EU languages for customer support would be an advantage but is by no means necessary

Experience:

Proven track record in a number of the above skills and relevant areas of work will be an advantage, however, no formal experience in this role is required to apply.
