1. knowledge of day to day air freight operations
2. Handling jobs from start to finish
3. Computer and ICT skills
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and associated software
5. Account maintenance
6. Business development skills
7. Export entries via CHIEF
8. Time management skills
9. Sincerity and commitment to work
10. Good telephone manners
Some training will be provided. driving licence is a plus.
