The role
This is an excellent opportunity for you to join a successful team as an Agency Surveyor. The principle activities are related to transactional duties, working closely with major clients, with direct responsibility for finding new deals and overseeing them.
A large part of the role will be to continue to grow existing relationships whilst establishing new ones, as well as creating and implementing property marketing campaigns with the business development and marketing resources within the business.
The role in the agency is to cover site finding, letting/ disposal of sites and investment sales. They need an Agency Surveyor with the expertise to match requirements to sites, negotiating and agreeing terms, working with APG Development department in delivering a scheme and then selling on the created investment.
Requirements
You will be RICS Qualified and have at least 5 years experience within the Agency sector.
You will be part of a team environment but mostly working individually so the ability to show initiative, effectively negotiate, and generate and retain new opportunities through business development is a necessity.
A proven track record in business development is essential for this role.
Excellent communication skills are imperative within this role to be able to effectively build the relationship you will need to be successful. We need someone tenacious, passionate, a real hunter with the readiness to take responsibility and act on your own initiative.
Integrity, entrepreneurial flair and excellence are a must.
A good knowledge and understanding of modern digital marketing techniques is a requirement.
