One of the South East's leading motor retailers has an exciting opportunity for an Aftersales Manager to join their state of the art Škoda retailer in Maidstone.
Candidates will already be an experienced customer focused manager or supervisor within the retail motor industry.
The role will include:
- Day to day management of the Aftersales team
- Motivating the team to achieve budget and business objectives
- Implementing and operating service core processes
- Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention
- Effective Management and maintenance of parts stock and assets
Candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, identify opportunities for growth and efficiency savings within both the service and parts department and their enthusiasm for the job will be matched by their understanding of the importance of consistently exceeding customer expectations.
