The Role:
You will be responsible for owning, organising and defining the marketing activity schedule and, working with appropriate internal and external partners. This role is part of a team who are responsible for delivering the annual targets for the business.

Main responsibilities in this role include:

- Develop the marketing plan to drive and increase the value and sales frequency of our customers through affiliates & display channels
- Create quarterly and monthly granular campaigns, liaising with other members of the team to ensure plans are achievable and on track at all times
- Plan and deliver suitable marketing campaigns from brief through to post campaign analysis as well as working with design team and agency to deliver excellent marketing material.
- Work with agencies to review marketing results and ensure that ROI targets are met or exceeded at all times.
- Manage relationships with all relevant external agencies and suppliers to agreed contractual standard and cost effective performance
- Work with analytical team members (internal and agency) to identify distinct segments within the customer profile
- Ensure that appropriate controls, approvals processes and procedures are followed including agency management, budget control and reporting and marketing collateral approval.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- At least 2+ years affiliates & display management experience in a commercial environment ideally with multiple brands and product offerings
- Experience of working with and managing external marketing agencies
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Relevant qualifications e.g. relevant degree or recognised marketing qualification
- Previous experience of managing the sales process with High Net Worth individuals would be advantageous
