Please note this position is based in Rugeley, a short commute from Cannock and Stafford.

An exciting opportunity to manage a rapidly expanding, international affiliate program with significant opportunities for further optimisation and growth for this e-commerce store.

On a day to day basis, the Affiliate Manager will be responsible for the program management, including performance review and analysis, acting as the main point of contact for the affiliate network, conducting optimisation activities, communicating with key partners directly, securing coverage for the brand throughout the year aligned with the store promotional calendar and working with the wider marketing team to achieve overall customer acquisition KPIs.

DESIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant hands on affiliate experience, with demonstrated success of growing an affiliate program.
- Exceptional relationship management skills, able to confidently set and manage expectations in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Effective sales and negotiation skills, also highly numerate with astute commercial awareness.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, able to maintain focus and perform under pressure.
- Good understanding of attribution models, core affiliate metrics, and multi-channel funnels.
- Well versed with online tracking concepts and technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to confidently escalate any problems, or work independently with initiative.
- Solid analytical skills, can adopt a data-driven approach alongside spirited experimentation.
- Keen interest in marketing research and best practice within the industry.
- Experience of working effectively within a team and alongside other departmental teams.
- Degree or other relevant qualification is preferable, or equivalent experience.
