Advertisement Manager Wanted

This company is Europe’s foremost Transport publisher, producing market-leading magazines within all sectors of aviation, rail, bus and modelling publications such as FlyPast, Airliner World, Modern Railways and Hornby magazine, they are renowned around the globe for their wide range of magazines and media.

They are looking for an Advertisement Sales Manager to work on their Hobby Portfolio consisting of Airfix Model World, PC Pilot and Hornby Magazine.

Reporting to the Group Advertisement Manager, you will be responsible for managing three sales executives and looking after the advertising needs of the customers within your portfolio.

You will possess the following experience:

- Media sales experience on a weekly or leading monthly magazine
- Evidence of successful key account management
- A track record in exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Evidence of working within a small team

You will be:

- Self-motivated and possess a proactive attitude to conducting business
- Capable of building customer loyalty
- A strong negotiator
- Dedicated to finding creative sales solutions
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Competitive, ambitious and goal-orientated
- Friendly, sociable and outgoing
