A Service Control Administrator is required to join an NSI Gold accredited Security Company based in the Oxfordshire area, that specialise in the design, installation and maintenance of integrated security systems.
As a company they offer complete solutions in closed circuit television, intruder alarms, access control, fire detection systems and covert technologies.
Due to considerable growth they are looking to recruit a full time Administrator based to the north of Oxford.
Role Purpose
- To be first point of contact for incoming service and maintenance queries.
- To assist and support the team in ensuring that SLAs are met at all times.
- Ensure that both external and internal clients experience is productive pleasant and rewarding.
- Ensure the Service function is fully Integrated with other departments within the business to ensure seamless transition of requests and information from one area to another.

- You will need above all to be self-motivated, able to manage conflicting priorities and very organised. The role can at times be very intense therefore it is essential the job holder has the capacity to cope well under pressure, but to also have the confidence to take the initiative.
- The successful candidate will able to think and act independently. A strong communicator at all levels with a professional approach and a team player
- With exceptional attention to detail you will be able to be decisive and take an active part in discussions.
- Computer skills: Must be adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Excel and Word to intermediate level, internet and email.
