This thriving renewable energy installation company are looking for an experienced administrator & service receptionist, whose duties will include:
– Covering front reception desk
– Answering incoming telephone calls
– Dealing with incoming email enquiries
– Providing quotes and tech advice sheets to prospective service customers including upselling
– Scheduling appointments for service engineers
– Service administration including invoicing
– Sales administration
– Marketing administration
– Greeting visitors and providing refreshments
– Registering new installations on the MCS portal
– Organising and hosting open days
– Organising travel and accommodation
– Filing, archiving, stationery and general office admin
– Other administrative duties as required
Must-haves
- An experienced administrator, preferably with service experience in any field
- Live with walking/cycling distance of BS48 4AH OR current full driving license with own car
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Excellent communication skills to people at all levels
- Proficient in MS office and web apps & portals
Preferred
- Some experience of the construction or renewable industries
- Familiar with CRM systems and Sage
Salary £17-20k depending on experience, car and bicycle parking and charging, business in the process of converting to an employee ownership trust, 20 days leave plus bank holidays.
Situated in Backwell, just 10 miles south of Bristol. Candidates will need to be able to walk, cycle or drive to the office, as public transport is not practical.
