A leading Risk Management business is looking to recruit an Administrator to join this busy support and development team based in Retford.

This is an online health and safety management system, their clients range from single sites to clients with in excess of 200 locations.

Responsibilities include:
- Providing technical assistance and support to the UK wide client base;
- Providing assistance and support to the in-house development/support team;
- Providing technical assistance and support to the UK wide team of health and safety consultants;
- Creating new forms / updating existing forms and templates within the system and creating / updating FAQs (frequently asked questions) via their Support portal;

The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of using Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
- Strong organisational and problem solving skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- A professional telephone manner and a passion for providing excellent customer service;
- Meticulous attention to detail;
- The ability to meet challenging deadlines and react under pressure;

Full training will be provided within a friendly and supportive, team environment.
