Are you an exceptional administrator looking for your next role?

This Investment Management firm is looking for someone to provide excellent administrative support to their Guildford investment team and be responsible for:

- Resolving general administration queries
- Collating/checking/producing review data
- Providing share price calculations
- Dealing with probate matters
- Producing tax packs and maintaining the database.

The job holder may be educated to ‘A’ level standard along with English and Maths GCSE at grade 9-4 (A-C), or have proven experience in a role requiring similar levels of administration, attention to detail, numeracy and literacy. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel is also essential.

The ideal candidate will be diligent, professional and straightforward in their approach, with a patient, friendly and helpful manner.

As a firm they offer a competitive benefits package which includes 25 days holiday per annum (pro-rata for mid-year starters). On top of this they have discretionary holiday for birthday (one day per annum), Christmas shopping day (one day per annum) and moving house day (one day in total).
