Primary Role
The primary role of the Administrator is to assist and help organise the administration activities in their busy office, working within their estimating department you will get the chance to learn all the necessary skills to be a successful estimator.

Main Responsibilities
- Create quotations on bespoke database and administer in accordance with System
- Assist with completion of tender schedules and questionnaires
- Maintain log of enquiries
- Liaison with customers to ensure we receieved correct information
- Send supporting information to customers
- Complete credit checks on new customers
- Follow up previous quotations for feedback
- Convert successful estimates into job packs to pass to the contracting dept.
- Any other duties as required and appropriate to the job role.

Key Skills
- GCSE's in English and Maths, Grade C or above.
- Excellent IT Skills
- Organised
- Self-motivated and diligent
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.

This post based in Poyle, Colnbrook, Slough, is a great opportunity and one of continual development. You will be working 35 hours per week. Office hours are Mon-Fri 8-4.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
School leavers and graduates will also be considered for this role.
