This top tier Agency supplying trades and labour recruitment to the Construction Industry, is looking to recruit an experienced administrator to join our team based in our Watford office for their busy summer period with potential to grow. Immediate start, salary negotiable.

This is a great opportunity to join a leading Recruitment Agency excelling in their market. They are looking for a self-driven individual who is well organised with good time management skills. You will need to have strong attention to detail with a good level of numeracy and be able to work well under pressure.

Previous experience in an administrative role is required.

Duties to include:

- Administrative duties
- Data entry
- Checking people's hours
- Processing timesheets
- Invoicing
- Other ad hoc payroll duties

Skills to include:

- Good IT skills
- Good communications skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good team-playing skills
- Clear and logical thinking
- Good organisational skills and an ability to work to deadlines
