The Company:

They specialise in identifying wealth building opportunities across the globe. This includes UK & overseas property investment. They work with a wide range of clients, from individuals looking for 1 or 2 property investments, to overseas funds and institutions looking for large bulk purchases.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and organised individual with strong communication skills to support our client care and marketing department of their growing and successful team in London. A diverse role, reporting directly to the Directors, you will be responsible for supporting their organisation in a variety of ways including responding to e-mails, dealing with enquiries, updating online listings, sales progression, secretarial services and much more.

- £20,000 - £23,000 basic salary pro rata for 3 days a week
- Minimum 3 years solid admin experience in the real estate sector
- 6 months contract with the opportunity to be extended

You will be responsible for:

- Reporting on budget and lead quality
- Updating Rightmove and Zoopla listings
- Provide ongoing recommendations/strategies to improve lead quality and 3rd party partners
- PPC and SEO analysis, strategy and optimisation. Ability to steer in-house search strategies to external agencies monthly according to goals of the company
- Lead generation – using in house tactics (PPC, SEO, Paid Media, etc) and external means to generate qualified leads within agreed budget for the company
- Manage and modify the company CRM platform to improve user experience and monitor marketing activity
- Reporting on internal and external marketing activities, optimising marketing tactics to ensure KPI targets are met
- Lead research initiatives and collate relevant information specific to the industry
- Managing, negotiating and sourcing new lead generating partners and listing sites
- Creation and upkeep of Sales Progression Spreadsheets
- Sending out memos, chasing access calls, dealing with surveys & renegotiations, helping clients fill out paperwork, speaking to solicitors, and anything that is required to progress the file to the point of exchange
- Manage time sheets/holiday/sick leave
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints
