An experienced Administrator - is required to join a leading Vehicle Contract Hire & Leasing Broker, est. 1998. Offering businesses & private individuals finance solutions for their vehicle requirements. The successful candidate will join the Admin/Customer Services Team, working within their busy & challenging “Call Centre” style office, ensuring timely, efficient & accurate administrative support is provided, raising and coordinating vehicle finance contracts for their customers and offering a first class service to both existing and new customers.

Skills Required:
- Ability to multi task & work accurately at speed
- Ability to work to tight deadlines & under pressure
- Proven Customer Service experience
- Accurate data inputting skills at speed
- Proven Telephone skills
- Ability to take ownership and plan own workload
- Experience of handling high volumes of calls in a busy, multitasking environment
- Confidence to successfully resolve queries or problems
- Computer literate with accurate and speedy keyboard skills, using Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Able to quickly build rapport & good working relationships with clients, suppliers & colleagues
- Ability & enthusiasm to be a team player in a very busy Admin/Customer Service Department
- Friendly, obliging & approachable personality
Able to demonstrate Commitment, Reliability & job Flexibility
- Knowledge of FCA compliance & procedures is advantageous as is experience with regulated sales and Data Protection

Key Responsibilities:

- Operating and updating in house administration system
- Ensuring that all work is dealt with in accordance with compliance, company procedures, guidelines & deadlines
- Ensuring that all records (both written and electronically) are maintained & updated correctly.
- Confident Resolution of client/supplier queries/concerns
- General customer correspondence (email/written)
- To provide support to other team members as and when required
- Telephone call/enquiry taking
- Accurate data entry of sales proposals & client information
- Raising of Vehicle Orders via the in house system
Finance Documentation raising & handling
- Managing, co-ordinating & arranging the successful delivery of vehicles
- Regular client, funder & dealer liaison
- General office duties such as dealing with a high volume of emails, faxing, filing & photocopying.
- Ensuring Company & FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) regulations & procedures are implemented, followed & adhered to.

Would best suit individual from motor industry such as a Car Dealership, Insurance Broker or from Financial Services background or with regulated sales experience.
Salary negotiable for right person.

Qualifications
Minimum GCSE/A*-C in Maths & English or equivalent. Industry Training including AML and DPA Regulations, Introduction to Consumer Credit Regulations, a sound understanding of the FCA and industry regulations would be advantageous but training will be provided.
