This group, established in 1998, comprises six areas of specialist psychological and health services: Adult Mental Health Services; Child, Young People and Family Services; Community-Based Neurological Rehabilitation Services; Occupational Health Services; Medico-Legal Services; and Neurodevelopmental Lifespan Services. Due to expansion of their services, they are seeking an Administrator to work within their Children's Service team.

Duties will involve (but are not limited to);
- Answering telephone calls and dealing with enquiries.
- Prepping clinics, ensuring all information is uploaded to the patient management software.
- Allocating bookings and appointments by letter and phone.
- Providing admin support e.g. filing, scanning documents
- Typing confidential medical reports
- Keeping statistics and producing reports for management.

Due to the nature of the work that they carry out, it is vital that candidates have excellent attention to detail, a good grasp of IT and have outstanding communication skills. They will ideally have experience within a healthcare setting and must have a good understanding of data protection and confidentiality.

This position is to work 37.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday. A degree of flexibility will be required as occasionally clinics can run over time.

The role will be based on the outskirts of Canterbury but they may require the successful candidate to provide occasional cover at our other bases in Hampshire and Surrey for which suitable expenses will be paid (accommodation and travel allowance).

The position offers a salary of £19,500 per annum, 24 days holiday (in addition to bank holidays), pension and free parking.

Please note, the successful candidate will be required to undertake a DBS check, the cost of which will be met by the company.
