This is an opportunity to join a progressive Accounting company based in Wimbledon Village, London, that provides specialist accounting and tax services to freelancers and small businesses. Their clients are skilled workers stretching across a broad range of industry sectors. They have a bright open-plan office environment, with a hard-working friendly team.

The role will suit someone who enjoys administrative tasks, can work as a team, and is proactive and extremely well organized.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- E-mail and Telephone Enquiries, first point of call to get in touch with New Business clients
- Setting up new clients into our Accounting software
- New company incorporations with Companies House
- Recording client address changes with Companies House and HMRC
- Filing, photocopying, printing scanning and archiving confidential documents.
- Registering clients for PAYE, Company tax, and VAT with the HMRC
- Filing Confirmation Statements with Companies House
- Providing administrative assistance to the Accountants (including bank reconciliations)

Location: London, SW19 5EE (nearest station, Wimbledon)
Annual Salary: £20,000 to £22,000, depending on experience.
Hours per week: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 17.30pm
Duration/Status: Permanent, with initial 3-month probation period Start Date: ASAP
