This company is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to join their team based just outside of Henley.

You will help ensure the smooth running of the office and the four practice areas by providing administrative and other support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Photocopying, scanning, binding and shredding;
- Answering phones;
- Filing;
- Maintaining office equipment;
- Distributing post;
- Post office run as and when required;
- Ordering stationery and other supplies;
- General administration.

Person Specification

Formal Education and Training

- 5 GCSEs at grade C or above including English and Maths are essential.

Experience:

- Experience of working in a small office desirable but not mandatory.
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel literate.
- Being resourceful and mucking in when deadlines are tight.
