Overview
This professional services consultancy is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to work on a high-end residential apartment project. You will be based in a highly professional, friendly, delivery focussed project team and will work alongside the wider management team.

The role starts in January and runs for 3-4 months, you must be available to attend interviews in November/ December. The role is based in Central London (West End) and working hours are typically 08:30-17:30, plus some out of hours requirements to meet client expectations.

Duties:
Receptionist services:
- Meet and greet customers, arrange refreshments for visitors
- Manage booking of meetings rooms, and set up prior to meetings
- Monitor appearance of meetings rooms and front of house areas, request cleaners and refreshments as needed

Customer Care assistance:
- Manage telephone line. Forward calls/take messages as necessary. Log calls in portal
- Provide admin assistance e.g. Scan and upload documents
- Monitor online portal for customer notifications and queries
- Manage signing in/out book.
- Respond to message, calls, emails from Customers in a timely manner

- Demonstrate high levels of ownership to follow through and close out issues
- Demonstrate high level of customer care
- Good knowledge of IT
- Organised and manages own time effectively, able to multi-task and prioritise

Experience
They are particularly keen to hear from applicants who have experience in/ knowledge of high-end residential property services, those with high-end customer care experience and those with corporate project based experience. They are keen to hear from reliable professionals who meet the above spec, regardless of age, gender, race etc. Importantly: you must have the right to work in the UK and an excellent use of the English language.
