Reports to: Sales Director
Hours: Full Time, 7.30am-4.30pm Mon-Thu, 7.30am-3.30pm Fri
Holiday: 28 days including public holidays
Salary: £23,000-£25,000 depending on experience plus bonus scheme
Probation: Six months

This company manufactures factory dividing solutions – temporary and permanent partitions, screens, curtains, and doors – to large industrial premises UK-wide.

Position overview
A results-driven individual is required to support the business to drive change within our product portfolio. To be a point of contact for all product development projects and drive business change through effective communication. To coordinate our product range and ensure that all specification is kept up to date. Follow an agreed business model to take an idea from concept through to launch, working with all of the relevant teams and coordinating the project through all key stages.

Qualifications and Experience
- At least 2 year's proven experience in a co-ordinating role, ideally supporting key senior stakeholders within a business

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to perform to deadlines both for colleagues and customers
- Ability to multitask, running multiple projects at once with conflicting priorities
- Confident and approachable
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- A 'can do' attitude and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong IT skills to manage, update and use systems effectively
- Excellent planning and scheduling skills, with strong priority management and accurate attention to detail
- Team Player
- Ability to understand technical detail is desirable

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Monthly Product Development meeting to update the senior team on project progress
- Present and deliver information to the board and senior management team
- Co-ordination of the companies ‘Product Manual’ so that all information is centralised for the team
- Identify key people within the business to support with each project
- Chair project meetings aimed at translating product strategy into technical requirements and prototype. Ensuring that key actions are circulated and frequent progress meetings take place to steer the project forward.
- Work autonomously to create process and procedures that standardise the product development process
- Ensure that all teams receive updates of any key changes with our product range
- Complete market research on new products to ensure that we have all of the information required to make a decision on the feasibility and profitability of new launches
- Speak to key customers to get feedback on new ideas to support market research.
- Work with a designated technical advisor on the projects
- Work with marketing to ensure that each launch has an agreed launch plan
- Support with the creation of training material
