Assisting with HR/SHEQ and Academy Admin duties:

Board Reports, Monthly Check-in's, Payroll, Personnel files, Probation reviews, Employment contracts and advertising new roles. Writing HR related letters to staff, liaising with Pension and Private Medical Providers and updating staff records. Health & Safety admin tasks, booking training for all employees. Renewal of Health & Safety Accreditation's including updating Builders Profile and Construction Line. Assist with admin tasks for the Academy and hosting/organising Academy Meet and Greet events and activities

Skills and Aptitude

- Teamworking
- Good Written/Verbal Communication
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Microsoft Office - word,excel, powerpoint

- HR Experience Desirable
- SAGE50 Experience Desirable
- SHEQ/Health & Safety Experience Desirable
- Experience in a busy admin environment Essential
- Car Driver
