An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual with administrative, organisational and customer service experience to join this busy Environmental Services Administration Team. Having experience of working for a local authority would be an advantage but is not essential. The post is full time (37 hours per week), however part time working/job share will be considered.

Your main activities will include:
- Organising meetings, producing agendas and minutes in a timely manner
- Monitoring team email inboxes and responding to queries
- Being the first point of contact for phone enquiries for the service
- Maintaining various department databases
- Processing requests for land charge searches
- Dealing with Freedom of Information requests for the department

Skills & qualifications required:
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in a customer-facing team
- Confidence in using IT packages (training for our specific specialist packages will be provided)
- Ability to undertake tasks quickly and accurately, with an eye for detail
- Time management skills and prioritisation skills
