This fast-growing and successful online training company in the holistic health and wellness industry is looking for a talented administration assistant to join their friendly, supportive and passionate team.
They are seeking a dynamic, skilled administrator with a passion for excellent customer service and at least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
This is a home-based role, so the candidate must be used to working from home and be highly organised and self-motivated.
The hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday – Friday with some weekend working on a rota basis.
Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will include dealing with all incoming enquiries and support requests across different channels, to support a student throughout their learning journey, from initial enquiry and set up, through to completion.
Skills required:
- High level of computer literacy
- Good organisational skills
- Self-motivation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A keen attention to detail and ability to stick to timescales
- Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
