Administration Assistant £18,000

An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant in a growing, forward thinking IT consultancy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to progress a career within administration and assist in providing support in all aspects of business/finance administration, sales support and customer service

As part of this varied role you will be:

- Answering the telephone, fielding calls and taking messages
- Helping other departments with collating of documents
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by contacting with regards to service calls
- Support of external sales resource
- Administrative back up and customer service
- Assistance to finance department
- Coordinating the organisation and logistics of projects including diary arrangements and paperwork

To be considered for the role you must demonstrate the following attributes:

- Focused on quality, customer service and exceptional delivery
- High level of attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management
- Have an excellent telephone manner and be well presented
- Strong administration experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Professional with a commitment to customer excellence
- IT literate

Any further experience such as Health & Safety, Sage, finance administration and ISO 9001 would be advantageous but not essential.
