Are you well organised, able to communicate effectively, computer literate and understand social media? If so, you might be a great fit for this fabulous opportunity. The company is currently looking for an administration assistant to provide support in all areas of sales administration, product development and marketing.

What you’ll be doing… Role and Responsibilities:

- Customer Services - Providing prompt resolution for internal and external routine queries via telephone, emails and online Chat.
- Product Marketing
- Working on sales and marketing campaigns
Website
- Updating website content and new product introductions
Social Media
- Develop and run social media platforms
General
- Providing general administrative support

What Skills You’ll need
- Excellent written and spoken English - a confident communicator
- High levels of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Strong IT skills – Competent computer user – Excel/Word/Powerpoint
- Effective planning and organisational skills.
- Good numerical skills
- An understanding of marketing would be advantageous

What You’ll Get; The package includes:
- This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week)
- Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum
- 24 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
- auto enrolment pension
