Due to realising strategic planning, for business growth, this leading provider of print and document solutions is looking for a new position, as an Administration Assistant with a bias towards logistic activities.

They are a business building on the success of their 4-year consecutive year on year growth, that is now making the transition to deliver long term stability, and a business platform that can underpin ambitious plans.

They are looking for a candidate with an eye for attention to detail, whilst following procedures. You’ll ensure stock movement and accuracy exists between the various mobile and fixed stock locations, recording data in a timely manner within the operations system. Your role would include validating client requirements before despatching and replenishing their stock.

The successful candidate will be open minded, be prepared to challenge ideas, and how to execute them, as we strive for the best company outcome. You’ll be someone who has an ear to listen to the customer needs, whether this is internal or external, who can evaluate ideas through questioning and offer an appropriate solution accordingly.

You’ll support a culture that recognises and practices the importance of a highly client focused organisation, working with your line manager and colleagues accordingly.
