An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual with administrative, organisational and customer service experience to join their busy Environmental Services Administration Team. Having experience of working for a local authority would be an advantage.

Your main activities will include:

- Monitoring team email inboxes and responding to queries
- Being the first point of contact for phone enquiries for the service
- Maintaining various department databases
- Process requests for land charge searches
- Organising meetings and producing the minutes
- Dealing with Freedom of Information requests for the department

Skills & qualifications required:

- Excellent communication skills and experience working a customer- facing team
- Confidence in using modern IT packages (training for our specific specialist packages will be provided)
- Ability to undertake tasks quickly and accurately, with an eye for detail
- Time management skills and prioritisation skills
