This company is looking for an Administration & Finance Assistant to join their ever-growing team. This is a crucial and very versatile role - one that will be called on for support from two main areas of the business; Operations and Finance.

If you’re looking to get stuck in at the deep end and to be able to make real change and improvements within a growing company, then keep reading! But, if you work best in a micromanaged environment or in a structured role with little variation, then this isn’t the right place for you.

Your key role will to be the right-hand person to the Office Manager making sure the operations of the business work like clockwork. This will include detailed finance, administration, legal & compliance and systems work. You'll work with team members making sure they're supported but also following guidelines set by the Ops team as well as getting to know their suppliers and clients alike, knowing whose key to their business and being the eyes and ears for their Office Manager

- 1 years’ experience in an office admin or finance position
- An understanding of Purchase & sales ledger, P&L, Cash Flow etc.
- Confident communication skills
- Superb organisation skills
- Terrific customer service attitude
- Experience using Xero or similar

responsibilities
o Bank reconciliation, Cost control, accounts receivable, cash flow, banking, debt chase, assisting with payroll
o General admin & office organisation, monitoring mailboxes, ensure office has adequate supplies, updating policies & procedures
o Weekly surveys of client jobs and reporting feedback to the team
