Customer service administrator
This company is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join their busy glazing company.
As a Customer Service Administrator you will:
- Deal with incoming customer inquiries via telephone and email
- Generate quotations using their specialist software
- Process orders and liaise with suppliers
- Book in site visits for their estimators and surveyors
Additional requirements:
- Raising invoices
- Processing payments
Experience:
Previous customer service experience is essential

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent proficiency using Microsoft Office (eg. Word, Excel. Access)
- Be a good team player
- Have a desire to achieve and progress
- Be highly motivated, enthusiastic and a fast learner
