This ambitious business provides training solutions and workforce development consultancy to employers across the East Midlands and nationally. Graded as Good by OFSTED in September 2016 across all areas of their business, you can be assured that their recruitment solutions, routes to employment programmes, apprenticeships, traineeships and bespoke courses will deliver meaningful impact to careers and companies.

After successfully securing new contracts, the family is growing again! They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Accountancy Professional to train and assess their accountancy apprenticeship learners up to level 4.

This is a full time role (although part time may be considered for the right candidate), and will include travel within the East Midlands, a driving licence and access to a car is therefore essential.

The Role

You will be working in partnership with local employers to support their employees through the full apprenticeship programme in accountancy. Utilising your training and coaching skills, you will guide and support learners’ performance and knowledge throughout their training through one-to-one and group sessions. You will be continuously striving to build, maintain and improve relationships with both learners and employers.

The Individual

They really value your accounts experience and AAT qualification (minimum level 4), so although holding a relevant assessor or verifier qualification would be great, full training and support will be provided if you have a real passion for sharing your knowledge and developing others.

You will be an effective communicator, able to successfully engage both employers and learners alike. An excellent planner, you will be able to manage your time effectively as well as conflicting priorities. You will have the ability to coach, develop and mentor people, proven experience of delivering training and assessing learners would be an advantage.

The Company

They have three thriving centres in Beeston, Nottingham and Derby. Growth plans to increase the number of businesses we work with to drive turnover to £10m in two years.

In return they offer excellent terms and conditions including:

- 36 days holiday (inc. bank holidays)

- Contributory pension scheme
- Free debt advice/counselling/guidance through our Employee Assistance Programme
- Childcare vouchers
- Life assurance
