An exciting opportunity has arisen in friendly, dynamic and rapid growing firm of accountants based in Harrow on the Hill.

Responsibilities

Create it
- Be knowledgeable about the different services we provide and when clients may need these services
- Use on-line social networking sites such as Twitter, LinkedIn to build up a professional profile personally and on behalf of the firm.

Deliver it (clients)
- Deliver the client service level agreements
- Support the Director to be the day-to-day 1st point of content for their client’s compliance needs and on-going reporting requirements, e.g.
o Bookkeeping queries
o Quarterly review of Outsourced provider’s work
o VAT return review
o Review of year-end accounts
o Corporation and personal tax returns
o Management accounts
o Get all client data in a timely fashion
- Fully brief and project manage the outsourced provider to:
o Deliver a high technical standard with no mistakes
o Achieve a 2-week job turnaround time
- Work with clients to gain a high client satisfaction score
- Deliver a high technical standard so there are no mistakes or client complaints about quality of work
- Adhere to the firm’s client care policy
- Minimise client churn by delivering excellent client service
- Develop and manage turnaround time to target of 2 weeks

Deliver it (people)
- Work with Team Leader to agree individual productivity targets
- Develop sector specialism and advisory skill set, e.g. Budgeting, Forecasting, Management Accounts, KPI reporting
- Work with team with regards to technical updates and legislation.

Get paid for it
- Do not start work on clients with overdue bills or unquoted work
- Liaise with the Team Leader and Directors to ensure clients billed promptly, correctly and with “no surprises”

Cultivate it
- Create strong relationships with clients
- Using checklists flag opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling to the Director
