Rapidly expanding local Shared Service and Global Business Support Company requires an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Manager to be responsible for organizing and prioritizing team work load for approx. 10 to 15 Staff providing administrative support and assistance with documentation for a global trading company. This role will report directly to the Senior Management Team and Directors.
This role requires proven managerial experience with the skills to report to all levels. Being fully competent and accountable for the department’s accuracy, success and providing relevant KPI reporting on a daily basis. Responsible for making decisions and creating strategic planning that impact on the tasks and activities of others, within the company’s framework with strong leadership responsibilities which are critical to the future direction of the team. Experience of E-Invoicing would be beneficial, in addition to excellent Excel skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Managerial experience should include responsibility for the continuing development of all team members including own personal development. The ability to apply influencing skills to maintain and develop new relationships with clients which may include overseas travel is desirable.
Education: should have completed or be studying for a relevant professional qualification and have managerial experience of least 1-2 years. Continual Professional development support may be available.
Hours of work are non-peak Monday –Friday 8am to 4.30pm, Peak (last working day and first four working days of the month) Monday –Friday 8am to 5pm. Bank holiday working included. Extra hours and flexible work attitude to perform the role within strict deadlines is required.
