Part time Accounts Manager/HR

This company is looking for a versatile, proactive Accounts Manager who can work independently in a busy sales office.

Daily duties:

- Processing staff expenses
- Quarterly VAT reports
- Purchase ledger
- Sales ledger
- Petty cash
- Nominal ledgers
- Bank reconciliations
- Producing reports using Excel
- Processing all accounts via Sage Line 50
- Chasing outstanding debts
- Monthly management accounts
- Annual accounts
- Managing staff holidays/absences
- General HR / employment contacts etc
- Payroll

Ideally be able to start straight away
Sage 50 experience
Excel and MS office skills
Adaptable and friendly nature

The hours are between 20/25 hours per week. Salary will be pro rata and depending on experience.
