This company has an opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join their team based in Barnsley, South Yorkshire. Immediate start available.

This role has become available due to natural growth within the company.

Your day-to-day responsibilities and duties will be as follows:
- Raise sales Invoices
- Post purchase invoices
- Credit Control
- Credit Card cost analysis
- Petty Cash management
And other tasks as required to support the accountant

The ideal candidates will have:
- 2 years' experience in a similar or administration based role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A willingness to learn
- A 'can do' attitude
- High computer literacy particularly with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to work to deadlines
- High attention to detail is essential

They are looking for someone, who is hard-working and friendly, with a smart appearance. Being reliable and punctual is a must.

A minimum of 5 GCSE’s at grades (A-C) 4-7 is essential
Or further education (A Levels or above)

Excellent salary (negotiable depending on experience)
28 days annual leave including 8 statutory holidays
8:00-16:00 Monday to Friday

Carlton, Barnsley, South Yorkshire, S7
