Key responsibilities;
- Credit Control including calls, following the chase cycle including using Credit Hound to send out chase letters, responding to queries and putting accounts on stop.
- Network and customer queries resolution
- Setup new DD mandates
- Produce Direct Debit batches
- Invoicing
- Daily banking to include allocation of receipts
- Produce weekly aged debt reports with management commentary
About you:
- AAT qualified (or equivalent) - if part qualified this will still be considered if experience is good
- Experienced in working within a fast paced SME
- Passionate about customer service
- A team player who thrives under pressure with excellent communication skills
- A self starter with a desire to pursue continuous improvement
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Sage 200 experience is highly advantageous
