This accountancy firm is looking for an accounts assistant to join their friendly and busy team looking after the bookkeeping and payroll for their clients.
The job will involve:
- Entering purchase invoices and reconciling to statement
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Using accounting software
- Using spreadsheets to record transactions
- Calculating payroll for clients
You will need to be:
- Keen and enthusiastic
- A competent IT user, in particular Excel
- Able to organise yourself to ensure deadlines are met and that paperwork is kept in an orderly way
- Friendly and helpful with a good email and telephone manner
- Be able to work quickly and efficiently
