This company is seeking an ambitious Accounts Assistant to join their team to work within a small but successful company (established for 18 years) who are engaged in the internet tourist business with a client base located in Italy and the UK.

Main duties as Accounts Assistant include the following areas:
- General Administration duties
- Preparation of accounts
- Preparation of internal company metrics and reporting
- Bank Reconciliations
- Prepare accounts for VAT returns.
- Responsible to liaise with Suppliers and Customers to ensure prompt payment
- Working as part of a well-established, young dynamic team

Requirements of being an Account Assistant:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ideally qualified to Degree Level however not essential
- A keen eye for detail and precision
- The ability to work independently using your own initiative
- Past Accounts experience and/or qualifications are desirable
- Experience working with SAGE 50 Accounts
- Intermediate to expert user of MS Excel and Google Docs
- The ability to confidently and professionally liaise with their clients in Italian would be advantageous although not essential
