The Role

They are now recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join the busy team in Bradford reporting into Financial Director.

Responsibilities

- The role will demand strong Excel Reporting skills .
- Purchase Ledger processing (matching, batching, coding and posting)
- Inter company reconciliation
- Supplier query resolution
- Allocating payments
- Management of cashbooks
- Intrastats
- General Office Administration – telephone answering, taking orders etc
- Petty Cash

The Candidate
The successful candidate will be experienced in a similar Accounts position. Due to the nature of the role a good Maths GCSE is essential as well as experience working with Excel. You must also be IT literate.
