This friendly IT company based in offices are few minutes’ walk from Bank, Monument and Liverpool Street tube.

They act as the outsourced IT department for small to medium sized businesses and our technical team implements and supports IT solutions. Their specialisation is in the hotel sector and a key part of the business is to project manage technology installations in new build hotels throughout the UK

The Accounts and Administration Assistant is a brand new role created due to company expansion. Responsibilities include:

Maintenance of accounts ledgers
Production of cash flow forecasts
Payroll administration
Administration of the software and hardware renewals process
Raising customer quotations and supplier purchase orders
Management of customer invoicing and contract renewal process
HR administration

Good numeracy, excellent attention to detail and good written English skills are essential. Full on the job training will be given.
