Do you like the idea of working in the finance department of a growing company, working in a friendly office environment?
We are looking for someone with the following credentials, working 40 hours per week on a rolling temporary basis, with the potential to lead to a permanent position, subject to suitability.
- Familiar with Sage 50 Accounts software
- Good communicator (telephone manner/email)
- Familiar with MS Outlook
Experience of:
- processing sales invoices, purchase invoices and all associated data input to support in-house accountant
- reconciling bank accounts, and other control accounts
- processing employee expense claims
- performing credit control duties
- maintaining a robust filing system.
- administrative duties
The benefits are:
- Weekly pay £10.00/hr
