Responsibilities:
- Assisting the payroll team with inputting data onto Xero
- Processing time sheets and inputting the Data onto Xero
assisting with contractors expenses payments and uploading all receipts to Xero
- General office Admin
- Assisting with purchase receipts and inputting onto Xero
- Answering the Telephone and taking messages etc
Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Xero accounts software
- Specifically purchase ledger/sales ledger
- Possible AAT level 2/AAT level 3 trained
- Work as a team player in a busy office environment
- Able to work under own initiative
- Good telephone manner
