You will have a can-do attitude. You will be well organised and be able to prioritise a demanding workload. You will be a team player and be able to communicate at all levels. You will be articulate, numerical, confident with Microsoft Excel and IT savvy. Ideally you will hold a minimum of two years administration experience.
Your day to day duties will include
- Completion of weekly Commercial report for all companies.
- Ensuring that Hospitality & commission spreadsheets are same as Commercial Report
- Bank analysis
- Fuel analysis spreadsheet update weekly
- Assist with Bank Reconciliations
- Booking Accommodation & Travel.
- Monthly journal entries for payroll.
- Job start/finish spreadsheet (CCTV)
- Fleet workbook
- Payroll (Holiday cover)
- General Admin Duties
