Accounts Administrator
This well-established digital imaging provider for the dental profession is looking for a business administrator with proven accounts experience..
The Role:
- The primarily role is in accounts with a secondary role of business administration.
- Invoicing
- Dealing with creditor invoices & payments
- Bank transactions & reconciling the bank
- Processing accounts receivable and payable
- Preparing & processing domestic and international payments.
-Payroll of staff wages
-Managing support contracts/monthly payments.
- Manage the VAT reports/payments.
- Reconcile Expense Reports.
- Reporting to Managing Director
- Liaising with company's external accountant
- Year-end completion on Sage.
- Transition of client/supplier data and balances from Sage to Zoho.
- Business administration including improving processes and protocols.
- Assisting with calls/orders when colleagues are busy.
They are looking for some one who can work well in a small team or on their own.
- Proven experience within an accounts environment. is essential.
- Experience of Sage Line 50 is essential.
- Willing to take on a challenge to develop new systems and processes
- High degree of attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with people at all professional levels
- Positive and friendly personality
- Salary £17-£2000 per year, dependant on experience.
- 37.5 hours per week.
- 28 days annual leave
