They hold national and international license rights for Hello Kitty, Me to You, RAC and Alan Titchmarsh.

They are a fast-growing company and as a result of this they are recruiting an Accounts Administrator.

Reporting to the Accounts Manager, duties will involve;

- Raising high volumes of sales invoicing daily
- Processing sales credits
- Processing purchase invoices
- Weekly supplier reconciliations
- Regular debtor chasing
- Assisting Accounts Manager in month end processes such as bank reconciliations
- Assisting Accounts Manager in supplier payments
- General admin tasks such as ordering supplies, answering telephone, recording outgoing post

Skills Required:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role is essential
- Experience of Sage 200 is desirable but not essential
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Good at time keeping
- Have a flexible attitude to working hours during peak periods
- An excellent communicator at all levels
