This company has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Accountancy Professional to join the business.

The role is offered on a full or part time basis, and will include travel within the East Midlands, a driving licence and access to a car is therefore essential. Enhanced DBS clearance is also required.

The Role

You will be working in partnership with local employers to support their employees through the full apprenticeship programme in accountancy up to AAT Level 4. Utilising your training and coaching skills, you will guide and support learners’ performance and knowledge throughout their training through one-to-one and group sessions.

You will be continuously striving to build, maintain and improve relationships with both learners and employers, being an ambassador for the company and their offering.

The Individual

- You will be an effective communicator, able to successfully engage both employers and learners alike.
- An excellent planner, you will be able to manage your time effectively as well as conflicting priorities.
You will have the ability to coach, develop and mentor people
- Proven experience of delivering training would be an advantage, but certainly not essential, as full training will be provided.

What they really value is your industry experience of accountancy, and you must be AAT qualified at level 4.
