Fuelled by their phenomenal growth they are seeking an Account Manager or Trainee Account Manager to join their team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for the right candidate, with great potential to progress your career within a rapidly expanding team and company. You will be based at their new company headquarters near Rotherham which provide a modern and open plan working environment for you to operate from.

Key aspects of the role include;

- You will be the Account Manager for a large number of existing clients and will manage a small team of Account Executives.
- You will be responsible for ensuring that your team are consistently delivering a quality service which is essential for their constantly growing customer base. This will be achieved by motivating your team to hit joint KPI’s as well as achieving your own KPI’s.
- You will have a hands on approach and will act as a central point of contact for all client related queries and will deal with escalations, client visits and some outbound call activity. Typical enquiries that you and your team will deal with will relate to product/material information, quotations, delivery enquiries, and job adjustments.
- You will also be expected to regularly make outbound calls to Clients to discuss their account and their purchasing experience. You will need to maintain a high level of housekeeping and have a high level of attention to detail.
- The candidate will need to maintain a professional and friendly manner with clients, communicating both verbally or in writing. You will also be able to work readily with basic calculations and numbers and will be able to record and analyse your teams daily/weekly statistics.
- You will be an effective and flexible team leader with a can-do attitude, who is able to manage your own workload. Although no previous print experience or knowledge is required, you will be expected to develop relevant knowledge over time of their products and service offerings.

Essential Requirements;
- You will have experience of managing and motivating a small team.
- You will have experience of coaching and training people.
- You will have experience in dealing with and resolving customer complaints.
- You are confident user of Excel, Word, Outlook and the Internet.
- You have the ability to work well under pressure, whilst still working with precision and a high level of attention to detail.
- You are a confident communicator, both face to face, over the phone and via email.
- You will have the ability to work independently and have a pro-active attitude.
- You will have the desire to improve upon your own knowledge and develop relevant knowledge of the product and sector.

Desirable Requirements;
- You will be personable, perhaps with previous experience in a customer facing role and will be able to develop positive relationships with internal and external customers.
- It would be desirable if you had experience in a similar role, but not necessarily within the print industry.
