In this home-based, tele-operative role, you will offer support to our clients by working the telephone, warming up prospective customers. Hitting the phones & simply handing the leads over to the sales teams too close. No cold calls! Simple and effective rapport building & appointment setting!

Main Responsibilities include:
- Outbound data calling
- Diary appointment booking for sales managers
- Lead generation
- Appointment bookings
- Tracking outcomes of the calls, simple CRM
- Ad hoc sales & operational admin support
- Occasionally sending info requests to prospects

Requirements:
- Some basic computer skills are needed to learn very simple software on which the enquiries are received & recorded
- Mobile phone, tablet or computer needed - online dialler software used over an App or Online web version
- Friendly, clear telephone manner is preferable
- Trustworthy and proactive personality is a must
- Strong wifi connection at home
