This role reports at Director level and is responsible for the account management of key customers as well as commercial partners. We're looking for someone that can represent the business and showcase our talent to an external audience. The ideal candidate for the role is someone who is customer focused, can demonstrate software, and has a background of working within a SaaS company. If you have experience of finance, or point of sale systems, this would be advantageous too.

Our Account Managers are personable, outgoing and have the ability to build trust and confidence within others. As an Account Manager you'll meet with customers, and partners to understand their challenges and successes. You'll be the catalyst for a positive working relationship, and will facilitate, and motivate project teams so they understand the benefits of our software and take the necessary actions to implement a solution. Ideally you'll have skills in sales, customer service, and project management however we'll extend these with access to training.

We're technology enthusiasts with a passion for software so we use it in everyday work to improve efficiency, reporting, and communication. You'll be required to use these systems but we'll show you the ropes. The role will require you to write proposals, tenders and project specifications so you should be strong writer that can produce high quality documentation.
